Welcome to my Blog!

Hi, my name is Isabel, and this is my AS Media Studies blog. I will be posting my work progress for Media throughout this year. To begin, the first brief that I have been tasked with is to film, edit and produce the first 3 minutes of an opening sequence of a horror film, which will include titles and credits. In order for me to prepare for this coursework I will be researching; watching and analysing horror films, the conventions of the horror genre in film, and above all I will be learning how to edit, using professional editing software such as We Video. Evidence of my progress in Media will be posted here, as well as updates on coursework, throughout the year.
